Founded in 2011 as Nosara's first wedding planning company, Weddings Nosara has helped shape the destination wedding experience here from the very beginning, growing alongside Nosara itself.
What began in the early days of rustic, boho beach weddings has evolved into fully curated wedding weeks and multi-day destination celebrations, for couples who want something meaningful, beautiful, and a little off the expected path.
Nosara still calls to the adventurous soul, the couple drawn to nature, connection, laid-back luxury, and the kind of magic you cannot quite explain until you are here. That feeling is what we work to protect and bring to life.
Our team calls Nosara home year-round. That connection gives us an intimate understanding of the seasons, venues, vendors, logistics, and small details that make a destination wedding weekend feel seamless. Since 2011, we have helped bring hundreds of weddings in Nosara to life, from intimate beach ceremonies to full wedding weekends with family and friends.
We are planners, creatives, and problem solvers, but more than that, we are the team responsible for holding the experience together.
We guide each couple with clarity, intention, and care so the celebration feels personal, elevated, and connected to Nosara. Each wedding is supported by a trusted network of Costa Rican-owned businesses, local and national vendors, artisans, and hospitality teams who help bring it to life. Under her ownership, the company continues to evolve with a clear point of view: that weddings should feel deeply personal, beautifully executed, and never disconnected from the people or place around them.
Stacie leads Weddings Nosara with an approach that is equal parts structure, intuition, and genuine care for the people at the center of every celebration.
At its heart, Weddings Nosara is for couples who want more than a wedding day.

Before making Nosara home, she spent 15 years in corporate leadership across sales, operations, and team building within a Fortune 100 environment. That experience taught her how to manage complexity, communicate clearly, make decisions quickly, and keep a lot of moving pieces moving in the same direction.
What has always come more naturally is the human side of the work. Stacie has an instinct for reading a room, understanding what people need before they ask, and creating experiences that feel thoughtful without ever feeling overly orchestrated.
After nearly a decade of living and building a life in Nosara, she brings both worlds to every wedding: the discipline to manage a complex production and the local understanding that comes from being deeply rooted here.
Her style is intuitive, steady, and highly personal. She gets to know her couples, understands what matters most to them, and stays close to both the big picture and the details so the entire experience feels considered from beginning to end.
