Founded in 2011 as Nosara's first wedding planning company, Weddings Nosara has helped shape the destination wedding experience here from the very beginning, growing alongside Nosara itself.
What began in the early days of rustic, boho beach weddings has evolved into fully curated wedding weeks and multi-day destination celebrations, for couples who want something meaningful, beautiful, and a little off the expected path.
Nosara still calls to the adventurous soul, the couple drawn to nature, connection, laid-back luxury, and the kind of magic you cannot quite explain until you are here. That feeling is what we work to protect and bring to life.
Our team lives here year-round, which matters. We understand the unique flow of Nosara. The seasons, the venues, the vendors, the logistics, and the small details that make a wedding weekend feel seamless. Since 2011, we have helped bring hundreds of destination weddings in Nosara, Costa Rica to life, from intimate beach ceremonies to full wedding weekends with family and friends.
We are planners, creatives, and problem solvers, but more than that, we are stewards of the experience. We guide each couple with clarity, intention, and care, so the celebration feels personal, elevated, and deeply connected to this place.
Each celebration is supported by a trusted network of Costa Rican-owned businesses, local and national vendors, artisans, and hospitality teams who help bring it to life.

Under her ownership, the company continues to evolve with a clear point of view: that weddings should feel deeply personal, beautifully executed, and never disconnected from the people or place around them.
Before making Nosara home, Stacie spent 15 years in corporate leadership across sales, operations, and team building within a Fortune 100 environment. That background gave her a strong foundation in structure, communication, and decision-making, and the ability to lead complex moving pieces with calm and clarity.
What has always come naturally, however, is her ability to create connection. She has an instinct for hosting, reading a room, understanding what people need before they ask, and creating experiences that feel thoughtful without feeling forced.
Having left her corporate career nearly a decade ago to make Nosara home, she brings both worlds into her work: the discipline and organization of her professional background, and the lived understanding that comes from building a life and community here.
Her style is heart-centered, intuitive, and steady. She connects deeply with her couples, holds the larger vision, and stays close enough to the details to keep each celebration aligned, supported, and beautifully on track.
