From location selection, set up & break down, we’ll be on-site, ensuring all vendors are on schedule and providing the agreed-upon services contracted, so you can focus on the excitement of “I Do”. Additionally, we secure the legal officiant that prepares the documentation for you to certify the marriage in your home country.

We coordinate all your group activities for the duration of your wedding week or weekend. Zip lining, horseback riding, fishing excursions, cooking, art, and dancing classes, waterfall, snorkeling and coffee plantation tours, just to name a few!

Be it a walk-through of the wedding day events, an intimate dinner, to a themed party for all your guests. We make rehearsal dinner venue recommendations, and reservations, as well as facilitate menu selections and other necessary communications.

We have multiple options for your guest's safe arrival to Nosara. We work alongside Nosara’s largest transportation fleet to ensure you and your guests arrive from the airport and to every destination during your Nosara stay. Should anyone forgo the shuttle service they can opt to book on Sansa Airline, our in-country regional airline, or with one of the many rental car companies.

Together we will discuss your budget details and manage the budget during planning. As we book vendors and refine the services they’ll provide, we’ll update the budget spreadsheet so you can see where your money is going and when payments need to be made.

Taking the worry out of your special day, we handle the minute-by-minute flow of your special day. One month prior to the wedding, we will provide you with a detailed and customized timeline of the wedding day activities to ensure your big day goes smoothly, so you can focus on being fully present and enjoying each moment.
